How do you throw a perfect spiral football?

Answered By Hadyn Falk, Editor

The answers of throwing a perfect spiral every time, are keeping your hand on the right position and your release and your timing should be perfect. You must squeeze the ball very hard just before you throw it. Flicking the wrist downward as you let the ball go. Holding the ball tight and hard will make a tight spiral. The fingers must be aligned on the laces so that it would be very easy to make a flick to make a perfect spiral

Practicing your hand and finger in making a flick can improve the spiral. Professional football players use this kind of move when throwing the ball away from their opponents.
